Marshmallow Fluff Fudge

This is a great fudge recipe which never fails!

Instructions

    Grease a 9 inch square baking pan.

    In a large pan combine the first 5 ingredients. Stir over a low heat until mixed. Increase the heat and bring to a boil slowly, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.

    Remove from the heat, stir in vanilla essence and chocolate until chocolate is melted, add nuts and then turn into the greased pan and allow to cool.


Ingredients

  • 250g Sugar
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • ½ stick Butter or Margarine
  • 141g can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 jar Marshmallow Fluff
  • ¾ tsp Vanilla
  • 340g package Semi-sweet Chocolate Pieces
  • 50g Chopped Walnuts

Makes 20 pieces.
