It's really a lovely honey. I hope it comes back into stock soon. It's has an almost burnt caramel taste, with floral overtones. Delicious, I eat it neat because mixing it up with other flavours seems to take away from the pleasure of the unique quality. Please re-stock Ocado or let us know when it might be coming back in.
I am someone who when on holiday or go to a market would always look for nice honey. This is top notch. It is expensive but rich and easy to spread so you can, if self controlled, make it last.
