A bit tasteless

People here are saying these are too sweet- I do not think that at all, they are a bit tasteless to be honest and the texture is much harder than I was expecting.

A sweet low calorie cereal bar

These are pretty much as one would expect from a low calorie cereal bar. They are light and airy- not very filling- but have a good balance of cereal to fruit to drizzle. The flavour is vaguely fruity but very sweet due to the amount of syrup they contain, which also makes them quite sticky. As they are small the flavour does not become sickly, but they definitely provide a sugar rush. Overall they are a good snack option for those wanting a light hit of sweetness, but nothing ground breaking.

Ew

I was curious about the nhs food scanner app so I scanned the Graze bar I was eating. The app told me it wasnt very healthy and I should switch to this Alpen bar instead. In my head, these are not healthy! They might be low in calories but they taste artificial and dry. Im not sure what nutrition they are giving me. Surely its about the quality and balance of the ingredients and not just calories? Maybe for someone who is really restricting calories they might be helpful but probably not good for just a regular balanced diet. I didnt like the taste or texture so wont buy again.

More like shrinking Alpen light

These used to be 21g and now they are only 19g. It's so annoying that manufacturers choose to deceive customers. The packing is still the old size when they used to be 23g, let alone 21g.
