Serve Aluna Coconut neat over ice (ideally made with coconut water) and savour the delicious natural coconut flavour

Aluna Colada

A lighter, cleaner take on a classic

Ingredients:

50ml Aluna Coconut

100ml Pineapple Juice

25ml Coconut Water

Fresh Lime

Cubed Ice

Method:

Combine all ingredients and shake / stir

Serve over ice with a slice of lime

Aluna Lime & Soda

A great alternative to vodka, with a fresh coconut note

Ingredients:

50ml Aluna Coconut

150ml Soda Water

Fresh Lime

Cubed Ice

Pour all rum and soda into a glass of cubed ice. Add freshly squeezed lime juice, stir and serve with slices of lime

Aluna Espresso Martini

A great twist on an espresso martini with a clean toasted coconut dimension

Ingredients:

50ml Aluna Coconut

Freshly Brewed Double Espresso

25ml Coffee Liqueur

Cubed Ice

Pour all ingredients into a shaker (or a jar if you don’t have one and screw the lid on tight).  Shake hard and strain into a glass.  Add three coffee beans before serving.

Fine Rum

Our Guatemala rum is made with first press sugar cane, fermented with yeast from the pineapple plant.  This creates a light, floral and smooth rum with a natural subtle sweetness to which we add selected classic Caribbean rums to create an elegant, balanced blend.

Low Sugar

We don’t use the high levels of sugar found in many other coconut rums which means you’re free to sweeten your cocktails with better choices.  Try fruit syrups, agave or other low-GI options.
