Asma Khan Keema Lamb Muttar 300g
£6.50
£2.17 per 100gProduct information
A household favourite across the subcontinent. A satisfying combination of minced lamb and peas.
“We ate keema at least twice a week in my family home in India - sometimes more!
In my family home we would make mince in the hand churned mincer, that we’d carefully fit to the wooden kitchen table. Keema with peas was my favourite. I would eat keema with rice, or fill a paratha wrap and dip the wrap into ketchup! This is classic comfort food.” (Asma Khan)

Brought this in a flash sale really enjoyed. Gave it 4 stars as to expensive for what you got.Would not buy at full price
Watery and lack of meat taste
Absolutely minging! Very watery and cannot taste the meat. just a spicy hot watery taste. How they could muck this up I'll never know!
Skinny on the meat and watery
Nope. Underspiced and bulked with peas. Nope.
Disappointing
I bought this even though thei reviews were not great as I had the aloo before and liked that. I can concur with other reviews that the portion is really small and no way fed two of us. The texture is gloopy but the spices are subtle and enjoyable. But given the portion size and the cost I cannot recommend. Sorry
massive amount of water, very thin and runny
when sat in the fridge for a few days, the water separates, probably 1/3 water. When heated really well, the actual flavour is nice, but not great value for what is really mince curry!
great taste
