i like the taste but this looked like it was just chucked in the jar I don't like the big chucks ,wouldn't buy again.

Nice flavour to pep up a salad, mixture of crunch and soft and different sized pieces.

Can't really taste any ginger in this. A far cousin of kimchi. Can't recommend
