Awful bitter sauce
This does not resemble a korma in any way. It was extremely bitter and way too salty even after adding half a tin of coconut milk. Ruined the delicious chicken. I’d go as far as saying it was inedible. The bitterness was overwhelming as was the raw spice taste. Never again
lovely sauce
We both liked this sauce. It's very mild but pretty tasty and went with chicken or cauliflower.
Quality going down hill
This used to be a staple in my low fod map diet however its really gone down hill. There have always been differences between jars (mainly consistency) however the flavour seems to have changed and not for the better. Tastes saltier, less creamy and less korma. The quality of the jars has also changed and the most recent two jars had flimsy lids rather than those pictured, one of which wasnt fit properly and the seal was blown (metal lid button popped when pressed). Make sure you check this as the lids are less deep they dont screw on flush so will catch and lift easily. Poor design Please bring back the old quality product and packaging, the price has gone up so expected quality to remain high and sadly it hasnt.
Very VERY tasty!
Perfect sauce for the whole family. I mixed it with half a tin of coconut milk to make it go a little further and it was totally yummy!
mild AND NOT WRAPPED IN PLASTIC
Nice! you dont get knocked out by burning chilli, very liquid not gelatinous at all, not a horrible sticky sauce, no plastic packaging ☺️ ,DON'T WANT PLASTIC PACKAGING IT ISN'T RECYCLED IN BRITAIN
Really Delicious!
Im having to follow a low fodmap diet and have a number of additional food intolerances. This was such a treat. Its really tasty and meant I could enjoy a nice curry lunch with friends and family. My husband also enjoyed it and he doesnt have any specific dietary requirements. Ive stocked up with a couple of jars and have now tried some of the other Bays kitchen products which are just as good. Id like more of their range (eg tomato ketchup) to be available too.
