Preparation and Usage
1 -
Unfold the mask and gently tear apart the two ear loops by pulling apart at
the middle.
2 - Open the ear loops away from the mask.
3 - Hook the ear loops over your ears and position the mask over the eye
area.
4 - Relax and enjoy 20 minutes of gentle warmth over the eye areas.

These proved to be the best thing I've tried to help dry eyes and also sleep. The heat is just right and lasts longer than the 20 mins suggested. The design is great with pull out ear loops and a little space to go over the nose. Really calming smell - not overwhelming. Not that cheap/green given they're single use which is a shame but they're also nice to use cold as the nice scent lingers on them.
