Preparation and Usage
Shake gently before use.
Use only in the nose.
Adults aged 18 years or over: Two sprays into each nostril every morning and evening. Once your symptoms have improved you may be able to reduce the dose to one spray into each nostril morning and evening.
Use regularly.

Saved me!
Antihistamine tablets stopped being as effective to me, eyes watering, constant sneezing! One squirt of this in each nostril in the morning and my hay-fever has literally vanished, god I wish I discovered this sooner!
very effective hayfever spray
This is the one product that works well for my husbands hayfever, he cant be without it in the summer months!

My allergies are AWFUL this year, the usual one a day tablets are just not cutting it like they usually do! Adding this spray into my allergy meds routine has really helped, 2 sprays in each nostril morning and evening and my 'breakthrough' nasal and eye symptoms have reduced 95%. Not usually a fan of nasal sprays, but this has been a lifesaver this year!
Unreliable
I used two sprays in the morning. It lasted well during the day, then in the evening the effectiveness dropped suddenly rather than gradually. I was caught off guard and something perhaps got into the eye. I quickly did two more sprays after the allergic reaction started but it’s too late. My eyes were red and swollen for the entire evening. I will go back to tablets which last reliably for 24 hours.
The only thing that works
For me, this is the only thing that gives relief for symptoms of hay fever and also blocked sinuses.
