Pretty good
Used these on scrambled eggs, in a cream and mushroom sauce for poached chicken breast and livened up a cream of mushroom soup nicely. As they are sliced one still has to chop them up and I found the texture quite soft. They are in no way as good as the fresh ones grated but a good try. Very expensive for the size of the jar.
its ok
Very little flavour but looks good in risotto and pasta. I added truffle oil to get some flavour with the slices. The box is laughably small. For £184.17 for 100g I had expected better.

More flavour from cardboard
I eat Quite a lot of truffles, I was very excited to get this, I produced it at a dinner party and passed the box around, everybody tried, totally tasteless, firstly the contents is not sealed, so any aroma will have been long gone. The biggest fail in truffle history. If the item was not so expensive I would laugh out load giving it around at a dinner party and watch peoples faces, but alas no ££££
Good flavour
Wasn’t too sure what to do with this, so put it into a beef casserole. It did liven up the flavour nicely.
pricey
I was sent this free to review. I would like more instructions on the packaging of how to use the product. I rehydrated it as directed and stuffed it with mascarpone and spinach in chicken and wrapped in Parma ham, it infused a nice subtle flavour and added something to the dish. I will try it next time in risotto. I probably wouldnt buy due to the high price and small box.
