Our Seven Seeds & Grains loaf, is baked with a unique blend of seven, gently toasted seeds and grains, that are mixed into a dough that's made with a wholesome blend of wholemeal flours, giving each loaf a nutty, deep flavour and lots of natural fibre. We don't use any artificial preservatives, yeast or added sugars. Just simple, carefully sourced ingredients that are slowly fermented and expertly batch-baked.
Our half bloomer range is powered with sustainably grown wholemeal wheat that is naturally packed with flavour and goodness. Real good bread, comes from great grains that are grown in even better soil, which are nurtured by farmers who promote biodiversity in their fields. This important & delicate ecosystem leaves the earth better than we found it, and also makes incredible tasting flour.
It's the same, craft sourdough you might find in a bakery or on the farmer's market, but sliced and available in your local store.

Very dry and tough
I found this bread to be extremely dry and tough - especially once toasted. It isnt suitable for making a sandwich as its just so tough to chew!
Too tough for me
I didnt really enjoy this. I finished the loaf but wouldnt repurchase. Its very tough once toasted and thats really the only way I think you could eat it.
Great Sourdough!
I was looking for sourdough with no additives, especially sugar. This ticked all the boxes for me. Tasty - and lasted to the date on the label. I had it toasted but hubby had some 'straight' too - and we both really enjoyed it. Will be a regular from now on.
tasty bread
I liked this bread and only ate it toasted. It goes nicely with avocado and eggs as it doesn't get soggy.
nice toasted
I like the taste of this particular sourdough. but like most they taste nicer toasted. In sandwiches it can be a little heavy but ok. Love the seeds.
Tasty sourdough
Love this loaf, I sprinkle the loose seeds from the bag onto my salad.
