All you need is:
90ml water + 1 medium egg = 6 cup muffin tray
Prep time 10 mins
Baking time 18-22 mins
One regular muffin tin and 6 muffin cases
3 simple steps!
Preheat oven to 200ºC (180ºC fan forced)/ Gas Mark 6. Grease 6 of the cups from a regular muffin tin with cooking spray and preferably line with muffin cases.
1. Stir muffin mix, water and egg in a medium bowl with a wooden spoon until just combined (batter may be lumpy). Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin. Do not eat unbaked batter.
2. Snip corner of Fruity Blueberry Filling. Insert tip of pouch into the centre of muffin mixture and squeeze gently to add a small amount of berries. Divide berries evenly between each muffin cup. Using a skewer, swirl the berries through the batter.
3. Bake for 18 - 22 minutes, until the sponge is springy to touch and/or a round knife comes out clean. Leave to cool and then remove from tin.

ok .. no cases
Im not a baker and wanted to try these .. not great ok but messy with the filling I think I would have preferred to add my own blueberries no cases in the pack .. I had to get from another pack I had mine did not rise much .. should really add the cases
Lovely muffins
Easy recipe, clear instructions, took a couple of attempts to get the process just right but it was worth it ... very tasty.
Disappointing
Not a wild success. The sticky blueberry purée had to be swelled, via a skewer, around the mixture in each paper case … a messy procedure impossible to keep neat. Won’t be making again. Once baked, they were very sticky to handle. The eating experience was not at all noteworthy. Don’t buy.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about! These were delicious and easy to make. Didnt come with cupcake cases but I put in a cupcake tin and they came out lovely. Gooey in the middle and crispy on the outside.
Terrible
Loved original blueberry muffin mix. This new product is awful.
Horrific
Don't be fooled. These are NOTHING like the original Betty Crocker blueberry muffins. They are not even edible. Do yourself a favour and don't even try them out of morbid curiosity or because you have a, "Well, how bad can they be?" mentality. Just don't. They are gluey, taste of artificial sweetener and will ruin any nostalgic feelings you have for the brand.
