Preparation and Usage
Ready to use!
Heat the sauce gently in a saucepan for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionaly.
Serve over your favourite pasta and enjoy!

Nice sauce
Love the sauce but why put glue around the lid it's pain get card off then left with glue around the lid why not put tape to secure the card?
No garlic but great taste!
My husband is allergic to garlic and it is almost impossible to find a ready made pasta sauce without it. This sauce has no garlic but tastes very good! It's definitely on my weekly shopping list. Going to try the other ones without garlic as well! Only downside is the fact that there is a cardboard lid, which doesn't make any sense, which is impossible to open, hence one star less than the otherwise 5 stars I would have given it. Please Bio Orto, get rid of the cardboard!!
Too frustrating to get into!
Half the jar, including the lid, is covered tightly with very strong, thick cardboard which you are supposed to twist off. However, it is not possible to twist it off so I had to resort to sharp kitchen knives sliding along the jar trying to cut it off, which took a while! By the time I was in, remarkably with no injuries to myself, I was in such a frustrated, stressed mood! I won't be buying again, no tomato sauce is worth that experience!!
Really good.
Rich and just the right texture to coat all grades and shapes of pasta. Quite a generous portion. I find this is one of those sauces that is well worth the bit extra pricing. Highly recommended.
*Probably* the best ready made pasta sauce
Unlike many other pastas sauces, this does not taste overly 'artificial', is not too acidic and the flavours are easily identifiable. Downside of course is the price. Nonetheless, superb sauce for "off the shelf".
Outstanding flavour, needs no seasoning
The balance of this sauce is perfect, but be warned, unlike standard jars, this sauce needs no seasoning, so don't add too much salt to your pasta water. The jar opened first time and easily, it acts as a jar lid grip, I thought that was why it was there, did I do this incorrectly?
