Our coconuts are sourced from the tropical island of Sri Lanka. The farm where our coconut products are harvested is rich in biodiversity. The families that run the plantation own cattle, who roam freely and whose dung, along with the coconut husks, acts as a fertilizer for the many species of other plants growing in the surrounding areas.

Clean ingredients , vegan, organic and it works!

Look no further if clean, organic, vegan ingredients are important to you. I kept in the fridge for a few hours before I needed it, as per instructions, emptied into a large mixing bowl and to my amazement it took a just a few whips with a manual balloon whisk to get to the desired consistency. Even better, I froze what I didn’t need in a glass pyrex dish, a few weeks later I defrosted overnight, whipped again and it was perfect. I used on top of vegan hot chocolate and with vegan scones and jam. No fuss, no nasties, no waste...perfect! You will get a hint of coconut flavour if eating neat but I didn’t notice it with the scones or hot chocolate.

No matter how much I whipped this, the clumps of fat remained making this grainy and sloppy.

In my opinion it doesnt taste nice or creamy as other reviewers have stated. But worst of all it curdles when whipping, then it looks like cottage cheese. Not nice

Lovely in desserts

Worked lovely in my frozen non dairy fruit dessert. I didn't whip it but blended and froze it and it came out well with a nice flavour. Also ethically sourced. I don't know if it whips or not as the other person commented, but blended then frozen it was fine. Great for dairy free desserts. This was gifted to me in exchange for an honest review, I get to keep the product either way.
