- Pre-heat the oven.
- Place on a baking tray in the top part of the oven.

pollock not cod/haddock
I use to order these often and found them to be very hit and miss. Often go soggy rather than crispy when baked in the oven. Fish doesnt go white no matter how long you cook them for.

Tasty and great in a sandwich
I had these in a bagel, very nice indeed. I would say that I agree with other comments. For the last few minutes whack the heat up and make sure you turn them over half way or they go a bit soggy.
