Mix up your Massaman: Go even more gourmet with a garnish of chopped Thai basil, dry roasted peanuts, and a swirl of coconut cream.
Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Hot or not... eat chilled or microwave to heat.
4 mins, 800W; Hob - From Chilled. 8-10 mins
Pour into a saucepan
Stir whilst on a medium heat for 8-10 mins until hot
Pour into a bowl. Please re-use pot
On a warm day: Can also be enjoyed chilled (but our founder Paul is the only one who prefers it this way); Microwave - From Chilled. 4 mins, 800W
After opening, place the lid on loosely
Heat for 2 mins, then stir
Heat for further 2 mins, then rest
Remove lid carefully and enjoy
Careful, it's HOT. Grab a spoon & enjoy straight from the pot

Who spilt the coriander?
This is soup, and it could feed 2. It might taste okay if there wasn't so much coriander in it. As it is - not massaman, and not nice :(
