Revolting!

Yuk! artificial taste, very strong in orange extract and the consistency is weird. De-list its horrid!

Odd consistency

Im a big fan of most Bonne Maman products but this is just odd. i thought it was going to be the consistency of chocolate spread with a subtle orange flavour but it feels more like 50% jam mixed with dark chocolate spread, a bit gloopy and strong flavour. We wont be eating it and definitely not repurchasing it

Very odd

I was excited to try this as I love chocolate orange, but was incredibly disappointed - it has an odd, overwhelming orange flavour and little else, also very gloopy

rather odd flavour profile. texture quite liquid. chocolate not very nice either.

Intriguing

You have to approach this as an orange jam (not a marmalade) mixed with a lot of chocolate and made more solid with pectin and tapioca. If you like those orange peel dipped in chocolate treats, then you may like this. It isnt particularly bitter at all. It would make a good ingredient in a cake- perhaps a Victoria Sandwich/ hollowed cupcake filling?
