This is the best soya milk ever, in my opinion. Expensive but worth every penny. Very versatile and makes wonderfully creamy home made yogurt.
Good for coffee and cereal
I prefer this milk for everything except tea because it curdles in tea. It does not curdle in coffee. Much nicer in coffee and with cereal compared to other brands. I like the simple ingredients and the high percentage of soya. Would buy more often if not for the price.
I'd been looking forward to trying this based on the reviews but I have to say I am so disappointed. It tastes fine, but I wouldn't say it's all that different to the other brands of soy milk you can buy for much less, it also curdles in tea and no matter the temperature of the water or how much stirring you do the lumps go nowhere. Overall not good value for money at all.
Really is as good as everyone says - I use so we have less dairy in porridge, overnight oats, pancakes and in coffee.
Best soya milk, great in coffee
Having recently switched to soya milk, I was looking for the best brand. Stumbled upon Bonsoy when I had a coffee at Black Sheep Coffee. Thought they got my order wrong as it tasted like milk. It is really the best soya milk. It tastes good in tea too. I won't drink any other brand of soya milk now.
Curdles in drink
We use this soya milk in the cafe and I agree it's delicious. It makes delicious soya latte, cuppaccino, flat white etc. However, I wouldn't use it personally and I minus three stars for the following reasons It curdles when it's poured cold into hot drink, it's not made purely with soya and water, it's way more expensive than other organic soya milk. Plus, why buy something with such big food miles when you can get good French soya milk with environment consciousness like Sojade's?
