Great Depth of flavour
I would say this is certainly one of the best there, the flavour is very rich and you almost feel like you're eating a cottage pie, the collagen levels are great. My mother that suffers from clicking knees , said she felt almost immediate agility in her movements. Great way to get collagen in.
Peppercorn water
Way too much peppercorn and not gelatinous enough. Peppercorn water.

Great clear broth base
Great clear broth base, especially for antenatal/post partum. I found there was no oil as I spend awhile cutting out fat off bones or skimming oil if i make it myself. Quality ingredients you can taste and can add spices if you want to turn it into Vietnamese Pho soup or add veges for Minestrone, Also tried their Pho soup which was delicious and not too salty. Perfect.
