This tonkotsu ramen (which means "pork bones" in Japanese) is a tasty shop ramen base, slow-cooked in our London kitchen so you can make super quick and delicious Japanese-inspired ramens at home.

Healthy organic ramen broth

Our son loves ramen and Im very grateful for this organic healthy option. We add brown miso paste and sesame oil but otherwise this broth is good to go. Respectful of animal welfare and no nasty preservatives- whats not to like!

lovely flavour

Tried for the first time, lovely delicate flavour, really lifted my soup. Will be buying again :-)

Ramen Broth...

Bought as I thought it would be a quick supper option with rice noodles, veg and protein. Its ok - quite light in flavour so if you are after something with more depth, its not for you unless you add seasoning in.

Makes my life much easier

Great product without added fillers that you find in most other similar products. Makes my life much easier and simplifies preparing food. I'm amazed others find it bland as to me if anything it's a bit heavy on the salt and I do end up watering it down a bit for certain purposes. It adds good flavour and also takes on added seasoning well too if you want to add anything.

It is good enough. It is a little bland but can season to own taste. Not sure I would buy at full price. I can make ramen with miso paste and veggie instead.

Good base for sauces

I am reviewing this after receiving a free sample from OCADO. I agree with the other reviewers that it did have a light flavour. Great for a quick supper adding noodles, chicken and veggies.
