Brewing Tip
The key to brewing loose leaf green tea is in the water temperature. Too cool and it'll under brew. But pour boiling water straight on and you risk a bitter cup. 80-85 degrees is perfect. Or just add a quarter cold water to your teapot first and then top up with boiling water.
Pair Yunnan Green with goat’s cheese – the creamier, the better. It really brings out the grassy notes.

tasty but pricey
I received this product for free to review. The quality of the teabag is very good - they look like fancy little fabric bags. Im unsure whether they can be composted in a food waste bin however. The tea tastes excellent but you do need to remove the bag or it gets too strong for my taste quite quickly. They are expensive. You can see where the money goes though, they do feel a premium product. As an occasional treat they are good. If you were a very frequent green tea drinker then this is not a sustainable price.
nice green tea
This green tea is very nice once you master the correct brewing times. Its light and refreshing and makes a nice change from black tea. It is very expensive for 15 tea bags so would only buy again on special offer
Premium Green Tea
Top quality, classy green tea. Took me a few attempts to get the timings right with leaving the tea in the hot water, but once mastered this is a stunning bevvie. Little surprised to find there were only 15 servings considering the premium price.
nice but expensive
Was a nice enough drink but a bit pricey compared to others. Would not go out of my way to buy.
Tasty green tea
We reviewed this and thought it was a decent green tea. If you forget about it and leave the teabag in for too long (as we did!), it has a bitter taste but thats to be expected! Quite expensive so I would only buy when on offer.
still unsure
Gave this to my husband to try as he sometimes likes a green tea in the evening. His review was that it has a very strong taste, and not really to his liking. Quite pricey too so not something we will be buying in future.
