Love these

Great chillies with so many uses. Don't worry about the 7 days after opening. They last in the fridge for weeks. In fact I'd not noticed they were meant to be eaten within a week until I read other reviews.

Recipe change?

These were totally addictive for a long time- not too vinegary at all. The last couple of jars have been different- a different type of chillis and the vinegar is now sharp. Certainly not an improvement :(

Underwhelming

Excellent

I have developed a real passion for these chillies. They are in a light pickling and not overpoweringly vinegary like many. Crunchy and spicy they are a superb tapa. The jar isn't crammed full so I have no problem finishing them in a week.
