Great!
This vinegar may not have the usual thickness some may expect from a good balsamic vinegar but It is absolutely brilliant. I do not like thick and sweet balsamic which leaves a caramelized over-cooked taste in one's mouth. This vinegar taste fresh and intense. I use it regularly for salad dressing. will keep buying it
Expensive Vinegar
Thought I'd try this as an alternative as my regular product was out of stock. A very expensive mistake. For the price - I was expecting it to at least be thick. It's not. Far too thin and runny for a salad dressing. It has an ok taste. But at £13 a bottle, I want more than on ok taste.
