spreadable pâté
This is not you solid, chunky, livery pâté. This is a smooth, spreadable paste with a mild pate flavour. Excellent on toast with fresh cucumber slices
Sadly very bland
I'm more than happy to try produce from around the world & really hoped this would be good but sadly it was tasteless...I ordered more than one as I was confident it would be good..I think I'll give it away!!
rather nice
It's sort of a solid mousse texture, slightly springy, very tasty and can be cut. I really liked it. good store cupboard standby. Not fatty, like usual pate. Still tastes creamy and livery. I recommend.

No, this is not your usual pate. There's no point in comparing. This is a traditional Romanian liver-based spreadable product which, for what it is, tastes excellent.
pretty awful
Pate, but not as we know it. Very bland with a strange texture. Really more like a soft luncheon meat than a liver pate. Edible but only just. It would be good to be able to buy a reasonably priced pate of reasonable quality from Ocado. Other supermarkets seem able to produce them.
