Handmade breadsticks with rice oil and no lard


Panificio Bo has a long history, founded in 1820 in Rocchetta Tanaro, a small town in the middle of Monferrato, just 60km from Asti.  Over the course of few decades it has grown from a small village bakery to a modern company able to meet the needs of the market, but always respecting tradition.


Because of their love of good food and hand-made products, Panificio Bo still follows old recipes and practices, making high-quality genuine products.

Ingredients are carefully selected, and all products are handmade according to Piedmontese tradition.


Recipes are simple: few ingredients, no preservatives and hand-crafted production are all that is needed to make genuine and tasty products that are easily digestible.

Ingredients wrongly stated

The ingredients on the web site for this product bear no relation to those on the packet, e.g. the Web site says 0.6% Salt but the packet says 1.86%

The perfect breadsticks!

The flavour and texture is just perfect. I also used them snapped over a salad, instead of croutons. I would definitely buy again. As others have said.very few are in one piece but that was fine by me.

Dreadful Packaging

I ordered 2 packet of these grissini. In one package there were only 3 unbroken sticks and the other looks to be as bad. All smashed and v disappointing

broken breadsticks

Got these to review.Crunchy,good flavour,non greasy.Rather expensive and a number were broken so packaging could be improved or perhaps Ocado could avoid packing delicate items with heavy ones.
