easy to use - half a bag makes a very large pizza. I sorted toppings for vegans and non vegans on one large pizza. have reordered.

amazing pizza

Really impressed with this. My husband needs gf. I don't. Tried this, used the recipe on the pack. My daughter and I preferred the gluten free base to ours made with 00 flour! Have already ordered more and would definitely recommend

The best gluten free flour for bread, pizzas etc.

Have been coeliac for 16 years. This flour has been a complete game changer for things like pizza and bread - really good texture, not at all crumbly. Expensive but worth it. I used to order in bulk from specialist retailers every few months, so glad Ocado now stock it. Price isn't significantly more expensive, either.
