mouldy
Mouldy 10 days before use by date. Have used this before and liked it but will revert to dried version. Expensive waste to end up in the bin
its okay
I cant eat eggs, so seeing this egg free fresh pasta I was excited however its not a patch on just regular organic dried pasta, which Im just going to stick to. Very small amount you get for the price and it doesnt have that pasta flavour that dry pasta has. Not saying you wont like it, I personally just think it isnt as good. Good to see its organic though!
Authentic and delicious
This is pasta at its best. It’s the prefect shape and size to absorb the flavours of a Ragu sauce, I am now going to try it in my crab Mac n cheese recipe
Best trofie pasta
This is the real stuff, not like the dried variety. It has the perfect authentic bite and is absolutely delicious with pesto and green beans.
Great Pasta
Perfect with pesto, you can cook properly in 6/7 minutes, but they keep the right crunchiness.
Pricey
Expensive for a small amount- serves 2 for a main. Nice pasta but very al dente if you follow cooking instructions- needs several more minutes.
