Seriously?

for all those previous reviewers who make the astonishing statement, "it melts", well all cheeses will melt under a hot grill! As far as this offering is concerned, it's bland and quite honestly any cheese with a touch of pepper tastes 100% better than this expensive grated cheese.

Melts really well - perfect for cheese on toast/ panini / pasta / jacket potatos . I mix with grated cheddar for added tang/sharpness
