Change the water several times.
The product will rehydrate and de-salt.

NB this is dried, salted cod, not fresh!

This works well in fish stews etc but description needs to be clearer as it is salted, not fresh, so needs to be soaked for 24hrs before use

At last!

I'm so glad Ocado are now stocking this item. It's a bit on the pricey side compared to other retailers but it's a great ingredient for a quick family meal. I usually soak it overnight and boil add it to onions, thyme, garlic, peppers etc for tasty fishcakes. My daughter and grand-daughter love them!
