Very good quality
Excellent quality, fresh and no bones. Buying this more and more instead of mostly farmed salmon. Made fish cakes with this which went down very well.
Uneven pieces badly boned
Bought for special recipe but received 2 completely uneven pieces broken in half not boned properly
TOP QUALITY
The best trout I have tasted, just cooked in the oven , plain and simple, nothing added, Top quality fish
Thought the cat farted...
but it was the fish. Needless to say we didn't eat this and threw it away.
Going rancid
Used on the day of delivery and trout had 5 days to best before date - it was starting to rot. Hate throwing away food but this went in the food waste bin. Will not order again.
nice trout
I simply air fried these for 6 minutes at 180, and served with an orange, vermouth and dill sauce. Quite acceptable, nice quality trout.
