1 Pre-heat oven. Remove film but leave the curry and rice in their wooden trays. Unfold the foil and tightly wrap over the top of the rice.
2 Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 30 mins.
3 Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving.
Make sure it's piping hot.
This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn't suitable for microwaving. Not suitable for freezing.

Lovely taste but not enough for two
Very mild but really lovely flavours. But like most of the CB meals for two, not enough. I would still buy it again just for the taste.

I bought this on sale as a bit pricey usually. Really nice but if I could make one comment there was too much coriander/ herbs on the top , really not for me. Maybe it could be included separately to sprinkle on . Makes me sound fussy sorry
less chicken than before.
So less grams in the packages these days due to shrinkflation, but also the amount of chicken has decreased. Usually serves 2. Places the usual amount of chicken on the first plate and only had 3 small pieces left for the 2nd plate. I do like the packaging which is better for the environment but that was the case before they reduced the meat and the size in general.. charlie bighams used to be our go to ready meal after a long day, but might start looking at other alternatives.. flavor is ok.

We absolutely LOVE this dish. I hate spicy food, this is just perfect, subtle creamy tasty sauce. Possibly be a little bigger portion would be nice but i could eat a whole load of this no problem!
