Not a madras
This is not a madras! This is just an extremely bland sauce. Very disappointing. How can they get it SO wrong

Mild & Bland
Who stole the madras flavour and heat? This is essentially a bland and timid curry suitable for patients recovering from surgery!

nice madras
I find adding a couple of tablespoons of water to the rice and making a one inch cut on the foil of the rice helps prevent 'crunchy rice'. Also the Madras needs stirring 10 minutes before the end of cooking. A very nice curry.
