Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7, (+10 mins)
Please don't grill!
1 Pre-heat oven. Remove film but leave the curry and rice in their wooden trays. Unfold the foil and tightly wrap over the top of the rice.
2 Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 30 mins.
3 Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it's piping hot.
This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn't suitable for microwaving. Not suitable for freezing.

Claggy and sweet
I thought this might be interesting to try as I do like satay, but now see why it's best left on chicken skewers. And the added sugar was both unnecessary and unpleasant.
Lovely taste but not enough for two!
Tasted great. Not sickly sweet. The peanut sauce still tasted savoury. Would order again on flash sale.
Awful
Bought this on a flash sale. Although there was plenty of chicken the sauce was awful. I know that satay has peanut in it but this tasted like really sickly thick peanut butter which was overpowering and not very authentic. My husband and I shared the meal and neither of us enjoyed it. Won,t buy this one again.
Too small for the price
Dish is yummy but to small for 2 people, sorry
Not satay
CB meals are always very good but I'm afraid this one misses the mark. This is the first time I tried this meal, I didn't look at the box and I couldn't tell what I was eating (we usually have a couple of CB meals on rotation), it tasted fine to me but my family thought it wasn't good. In any case it is not what I expect a "satay" to taste like, and I won't be buying this one again.
