Slow-cooked pork in our rich Tuscan inspired ragu made with tomatoes, rosemary & oregano. Served with rigatoni pasta and topped with Parmesan.

Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas mark 6 (+10 mins)
Please don't grill!
1 Pre-heat oven. Remove film but leave the pasta in its wooden tray.
2 Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 30 mins.
3 Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it's piping hot.
This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn't suitable for microwaving. Not suitable for freezing.

Too much rosemary
Unfortunately all I could taste was rosemary, so even though it had meat you can't taste any meatiness at all. Also a very small portion.

Tasty, lovely meat & sauce. Yum. Good pasta. . Definitely recommend & buy again.

Tastes great, small portions
The sauce is well balanced and flavoursome, the topping browns nicely, but there's not much pork and the portions are quite small.
