Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas mark 7 (+5 mins)
Please don't grill!
1 Pre-heat oven. Remove the film but leave the Aloo Gobi in its wooden tray.
2 Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 25 mins.
3 Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving.
Make sure it's piping hot.
This recipe isn't suitable for microwaving. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Expected better
Tasted very authentic, but could do with more sauce as it's quite dry. The cauliflower seemed to be mainly stalks, which was disappointing. Not worth the premium price in my opinion.

Veg very hard
Cooked as per instructions but there were some really hard chunks of cauliflower stalk in the mix. Curry sauce OK but nothing amazing. Could be improved.

Cooked according to instruction and a few larger bits of potatoes did not fully cook. Fairly spicy.

Really loved this. Little florets of cauliflower with super soft potatoes. The sauce was delicious.
