Please don't grill!
1 Pre-heat oven. Remove the film but leave the Bombay potatoes in their wooden tray.
2 Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 20 mins (if cooking from frozen cook for an extra 10 mins).
3 Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving.
Make sure it's piping hot.
This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn't suitable for microwaving. The Bombay potatoes are best cooked fresh but can be frozen at home.

enjoyed
yummy spicing. the potatoes in mine were mostly soft, just one or two were firm but not hard or inedible 0- I did cook mine for 5 minutes longer though. I make a meal of this with mushrooms, spinach and paneer cheese plus chutneys of course! Very good indeed!

Actually cooked it for slightly longer than it said and the potatoes were still a bit hard. Nice-ish flavour but not really worth it.
