History
Our wines come to life on the slopes of Castelmoron-d'Albret, the smallest municipality in France. Its name comes from the famous Jeanne d'Albret, a woman of conviction and character, Queen of Navarre and King Henri IV's mother. She used to own vast lands and many castles in the Entre-deux-Mers region. Heirs of this illustrious personality, our wines are today elaborated with the same passion.

disappointing for the price
A little disappointed with this wine. Can taste the tannins and the headache in the first sip. It does say that its a dry red, so maybe thats what it is. I like that its organic, but cant justify it again at this price. There are better organic French reds out there.
