as peach, over a clean background of white flowers.

and citrus notes of pink grapefruit

Coral is an ecological rosé produced at Bodegas Peñascal, carbon-neutral, and presented in a lightweight bottle made of recycled and recyclable materials. Coral de Peñascal is made from organically grown Tempranillo grapes cultivated in vineyards that follow organic farming practices approved by the European Union. Fully committed with the environment, Coral supports projects for the conservation and restoration of coral ecosystems.

2021

Tempranillo from organic vineyards is taken to the winery where the colour is gently extracted to create the delightful rosé hue. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to enhance the bright, fresh fruit character. After some time resting on lees, the wine is clarified with vegetable protein, making it suitable for vegans.
