Good quality capers
Essential for a decent salsa verde one of the finest sauces you can ever hope to make. And our very own tartare sauce also. Worth rinsing so you’re adding them ‘clean’. And this jar is great as it’s brine they are in rather than vinegar. I still love them tossed on my favourite pizza of all time. Pizza Napoli. A caper sauce is also a mighty fine thing for pork chops, veal or various fish dishes. One of the world’s best ingredients for cooks.
Good taste
They taste good and work well with all my recipes and a lot cheaper than other brands.
Flavourful and natural
Very flavourful: great addition to salads or charcuterie boards. And it was lovely to see that the capers are cured with natural ingredients instead of ultra-processed E-numbered additives!
Salty Treat
Lovely little capers bursting with salty deliciousness!
perfect with anything!
Love this. They are small but firm and a perfect companion to any salad, sauce or (even) roast! They are a regular.
Mushy and nasty
Mushy and nasty. Very disappointing. And if it wasn't for the liquid they were pickled in, they'd have no taste at all. Avoid.
