Not my idea of stilton I think of Stilton as a strongly flavoured cheese with a distinct character. This is a mild cheese with a dry chalky texture. Its not unpleasant but it's not what I would call Stilton

Delicious One of our favourites but please be careful with packing Ocado - arrived squashed with the nose broken off

Sensational This is top of the range high quality Cropwell Bishop Stilton. Far superior to whats sold on other supermarkets cheese counter. perfectly matured with a dreamy creamy texture and full flavoured rind. Just the correct amount of veining. Only needs to be out of the fridge 15 mins. Definitely worthy of the Christmas cheese board yet I will be buying all year round. Pairs well with mareira or a very crisp dry cider.
