Soft, creamy, strong and very tasty

Way too strong
Wasn't expecting such a sharp taste according to the description and other reviews. Unfortunately I won't be having this particular cheese again.

Best tasting Blue cheese
I love the taste of this perfectly balanced, blue vein, salty cheese. It is divine to snack on, cook with or on crackers. I honestly prefer it to stilton

Very good
Prefer this to a Stilton. Not cheap, but an excellent cheese.

Beautifully salty and tangy.
This has a slightly more tangy and pungent flavour compared with Cropwell Bishop Stilton. We really liked it with celery, crackers and a few Sable grapes.
