Tasty and authentic

This was deliscious and authentic Italian flavour for me. It was a bit oily so gave it 4 stars. Liked the fact that the aubergines were not fried in wheat flour or breadcrumbs like others I've had before. Nice with a side of pasta (and extra sauce).

Aubergine parmigiana

Normally I find products from Crosta and mollica really great, unfortunately this is not the case for this product. Sorry. Aubergines seem steamed, very soggy and slimey.

Disappointing

This is a very average version of the dish - its not clear how the aubergines have been cooked (they should have been fried), there is a disproportionate amount of tomato sauce and only a couple of infinitely small bits of cheese. Hugely disappointing and certainly not worth the price. Will not purchase again.
