Very few sparkling roses are made in Provence, so this is an interesting and highly
promising initiative. Showing just the barest blush of pink, it is equally subtle on
the nose and palate. With delicate tones of hazelnut, aniseed and soft fruit, it
is unusually dry (Zero-Dosage) for a sparkling wine and noticeably moreish.
Best served as an aperitif.

This Fizz is the Biz!
Not fizzy, but sparkling (lighter bubbles). Drier than a dry thing, if you like that sort wine - which I do. Fabulous for a celebration or just for a bit of hedonism enjoying it on your own, feet up on the sofa. If you like to buy fizz and strawberries for watching Wimbledon on the TV, this is the bottle you need. Cannot fault it in any way, and with an ABV on the lower end, you don't end up with the headache from hell. Would give it 11 out of ten if I could. Go for it, you won't regret this purchase! A truly wonderful wine.
Superb traditional method sparkling from Provence
Really blown away by this sparkling, amazing wine with lots of character. Bone dry. Great alternative to rosé champagne. If you like champagne and Provence rosé then this is the perfect combination.
