Daylesford Marble Plate Square

Quality is disappointing

I am a massive fan of Daylesford and have a number of their beautiful home wares. I was therefore massively disappointed when the marble slab I received hardly resembled the picture (was plain white and had none of the textures/grains you would expect of marble). I had used it over Christmas for canapés and the food immediately stained the marble. Yes marble is porous but I would have expected something to be used for dining (and at this price) to be sealed. Very disappointed!
