Yum

I use this to make pickled red onions and it is delicious. Warm up equal parts water and ACVinegar on the stove with a tbsp of good sea salt, pour into glass jar and pack with sliced onions. Keep in fridge.

Incredibly sharp

I usually use this for dressings, but it is incredibly sharp. I find it too overpowering
