Everything we do at Daylesford stems from my belief that we need to protect and nourish the earth's soil. We farm, eat and live in a way that nurtures nature because I believe we must leave our world in a better state than we find it.
We are a working farm and supply can vary through the seasons, so sometimes we source ingredients from a handful of organic farmers who share the same values.
The only way to sustain our planet for the future is to protect and nurture it's resources. Organic farms are regenerative and sustainable. They work in harmony with nature, building fertility and restoring life to the soil, capturing carbon emissions that are harming the atmosphere and providing healthy habitats for wildlife to flourish.

organic and vegan so good
Husband loved it. I enjoyed but think could be more tasty and hate the non-recyclable plastic. Very expensive and we are not poor- but bought when on flash sale. Not worth full price.
Very good soup
Looks like homemade.Packed with veggies and delicious taste ..all thats needed is crusty bread!
expensive with burnt / smokey / peppery taste
I usually love Daylesford products but they should stick to their meat products solely IMO I also love minestrone so was keen to try it. It is nice and chunky, ingredients are of good quality. But I cannot get over its extortionate price and sadly the taste is nasty. If you like wood smoked foods, youll be fine but this should not be the description of a minestrone soup! It smelt manky as I heated it and I prayed it wood (see what I did there) taste nice, but it was overpowering and peppery, smokey, woody grim avoid!
A superior ready made option
I usually refrain from buying ready-made soups of this nature as they're almost always disappointing. I decided to go for this despite some negative reviews as it was on special and as a rule, I like Daylesford products even with the hefty prices so decided to give it a whirl. Of course, there is the possibility that the recipe has changed since others have reviewed the soup as being tasteless and disappointing because I didn't find that at all and I am pretty discerning when it comes to food! I make my own minestrone and nothing will ever beat the homemade option but I have to say, this is a very good alternative. It felt chunky and generous and the flavour was rich with a slight hint of heat. I thought the amount of pasta was just right and having eaten this on a day I was really hungry, it filled me up and left me feeling satisfied and a bit pleased with myself knowing that I had made a healthy choice. I would most definitely buy this again and will now try some other varieties. It is very much superior to the supermarket offerings in the hard plastic containers Yummy!
Not the best from daylesford
Some other daylesford soups are amazing but this one let us down. not a typical italian minestrone. It's okay but room for improvement.
Delicious
Best minestrone soup I have ever tasted. delicious.
