Inspired by local flavours such as Saffron cake, spiced fruit and the Shack's own Pedro Ximinez ice cream. Enjoy it mixed or neat, either way, this is not your usual.

This seems to have a lot more in depth flavour than another popular coconut based rum, produced in Cornwall as well so good to buy something produced in the UK.

Tastes of Coconut Oil

Coconut Rum is a firm favourite of mine (I drink it neat, rarely mixing). I've tried them all, and having high hopes for this - I found it tasted like raw coconut oil was poured in (not expertly blended). Very strong flavour - but not in a nice way. I rank this the lowest among the coconut rums :(
