History
Established in 1991, Domaine Boyar is one of the most respected wine producers in Bulgaria. Its state of the art winery is situated amidst the apple and peach trees of the Thracian Valley.

Vinification Details
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are processed under anaerobic conditions and the juice is fermented in cool conditions in stainless steel to preserve the fresh, juicy fruit character. This Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of blackberries and red fruit characters with integrated tannins and smooth vanilla flavours on the finish.
