Della Terra Gluten Free Thin Crust Pizza Dough
- 500g Della Terra Gluten Free Pizza Flour
- 500ml water
- 20g olive oil
- 10g dry instant yeast
- 14g salt
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Mix the gluten free pizza flour with the yeast and the water, then add the olive oil and lastly the salt. Mix well. Let it rise for approximately 3 hours until the volume has doubled.
Sprinkle the worktop with flour and cut dough into balls of approx. 250g. Roll out and add tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil for an authentic Neapolitan pizza! Cook in a pre-heated oven at 220°C for 6-8min.

Awful Pizza Flour
AVOID* It stayed sticky and it won't form into pizza dough.

wont buy again
Made a floppy, wet pizza even when cooked to death. Really embarrassing to serve.

not great
followed their recipe for pizza but the dough didn't rise, unfortunately had to throw it away. Will try experiment with other recipes, but I am definitely not impressed so far.

Out of date!
Disappointed as bag split when received and sell by date of March 24, luckily was refunded. Don’t order as probably be old stock,

Not great results
My bag of flour arrived with a bb date of march 24 so a refund was issued. I could not get any rise. I could not roll the dough and it only baked around the edges. I will quickly use the flour in other gf recipes but the pizza recipe did not work for me.
