Tasting Notes
Fresh and elegant, this sparkling wine is brimming with classic Bacchus character with a traditionally fermented twist. The nose is alive with elderflower, which leads to a palate of ripe stone fruits. Finishing with a generous andpersistent mousse, this wine pairs with goat’s cheese souffle or simply as an aperitif.

not worth the price

Ive been enjoying English sparkling wines recently and loving the chapel down bacchus so thought I would give this a go as the flavours sounded nice and it had one good review. Its just not nice as a sparkling wine - its very dry and not sweet at all which is fine for a white but too bitter for a sparkling in my opinion. I wouldnt buy this again let alone at that price point
